As a small business owner, I have had the unnerving pleasure of using the talents of Kerri on a few occasions. I say 'unnerving' because making sure my staff are correctly and legally cared for while legally and correctly protecting myself and my business is hard, and 'a pleasure' because Kerri is able to make any difficulties or problems go away. She is always available, knowing when to invite a phone call when e-mails or texts begin to get a bit frantic. Having Kerri in your corner gives you the confidence to move forward, knowing she understands you and all the difficulties being an employer brings, while making sure her advice is fair and objective so that any outcome is the right one for all concerned. I can't recommend Kerri highly enough. Even if you don't know exactly what help you need, just tell her what the problem is. I did, and my business is a better, happier place for it. Our organisation has utilisied Kerri's services and used her as a resource on several occasions for performance management, restructuring, and recently, to review employment agreements. Employment matters can be tricky and it is so important to follow the processes accurately. Kerri's expertise and way of explaining and putting perspective into situations has been appreciated and reassuring. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone needing assistance with the complexities that an employer or employee may face. Thank you, Kerri. Tracy Lynn, Manager
I have been a client of Kerri Thomas on several occasions. She has been very helpful on those occasions as she explains things so you understand them. Kerri is very polite, helpful, and gets the job done. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kerri represented me in an insurance redundancy claim with an exceptionally positive outcome, which wouldn't have been possible without her expertise. The process became stress free and efficient with Kerri's skill set and empathy. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone with doubts as to where they stand in regards to employment contracts or queries.

18 February 2016 I cannot recommend Kerri Thomas highly enough. I had been in a terrible frame of mind since I lost my job and had no idea how to proceed in order to get justice for unjustified dismissal. When she took my case she made sure I understood everything about my situation. She broke it down for me in ways that were easy to understand without being patronizing or condescending. Kerri always made time for me, even during evenings and weekends. This case took months, but she was always there.
Kerri Thomas is the most thorough, ethical advocate in the business. She approached my case of personal grievance with a comprehensive knowledge of employment relations. I was deeply impressed by the moral integrity and conviction that I encountered with her at her office and at mediation. Not only did I get the result I wanted, but I felt comfortable and secure every step of the way, all due to her excellent work.
Thank you, Kerri.
Kind regards and a very happy client, Roneel Prasad (Chef)
I hired Ms Thomas to draw up employment contracts for my staff and to provide advice on a few matters I was unsure about. She did both with efficiency and clarity. It was a real plus for me that she came to me to deal with these matters, as it is hard for me to get away from work. There was also never a problem getting hold of her. Will definitely use her for all future employment matters. J Triggell, Administrator, The Cafe Cat Co Ltd, Wanganui
I have known Kerri Thomas for many years, both as my employer and then, when she went out on her own, as an employment relations consultant. Whenever she is dealing with a dispute or a disciplinary matter, she is always very fair to both parties. She says that the law requires both employers and employees to act in good faith and that both have rights and responsibilities they have to fulfil. She is excellent at writing staff memos or disciplinary letters that make very clear what the issues are and what needs to be done about them. I used her services for these when I was manager of the Cossie Club, and when I owned the Heads Rd Lunch Bar in 2013 -2014. She also provided the contracts for my staff. I recommend her to anyone who is having trouble at work. Ricki De Negri WANGANUI

Kerri Thomas has given us back control with the employment issues we have had. Everything she explains makes sense and is in a language we understand. Kerri is an excellent mediator. She is able to keep all meetings on track, focused and controlled in even the most tense of situations ending with an outcome that all parties are happy with. We can not speak highly enough of Kerri, her excellent communication skills and knowledge of employment law. We have and do highly recommend Kerri. As Kerri says "the power of the written word is your most powerful tool". HIREMASTER, WANGANUI

As new employers we found Kerri's service exceptionally helpful and now rely on her input when creating our staff contracts. Kerri always makes herself available outside business hours when required and is very approachable and explains things so it is easily understood. I would recommend her services without hesitation.
